Terms & Conditions
By using this website or confirming a booking with Anoush Dahabiya, you agree to comply with the following terms.
1. Acceptance of the Agreement
The contract formed when the Company accepts the Client's booking, subject to these booking conditions, will constitute the entire agreement between the Client and the Company.
The payment via bank transfer indicates that the tour participants have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms and conditions.
2. Accommodation
Prices are based on two persons sharing a room (twin sharing), unless otherwise stated.
Rooms for single occupants are available at an additional supplementary rate.
Hotels and lodges mentioned are indicative of quality; rooms may be reserved at establishments of similar quality.
Published prices include tariffs and other costs as of the time of printing and are subject to change without notice.
3. Cancellation
Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to provide the Company with written confirmation.
Charges based on the timing of cancellation:
5 days before travel: Full refund.
4-2 days before travel: 30% of the total amount charged.
Less than 2 days before travel: 50% of the total amount charged.
No show: Full amount charged as cancellation fees.
